This involved developing a new LinkedIn Profile and Resume as well as Success Stories. As a result, he landed a much bigger job as Vice President and General Manager of a high growth start-up.
Case 2: Retirement to Start-up
The client had many years of experience in surplus food distribution and then retired. He was looking for something new to do and a way to build a new business. Julie coached him to identify services in a new market niche: irregular produce. She worked with him to develop content for a website which listed services, client testimonials, a compelling bio, and success stories. As a result, he started a successful consulting business and attracted two start-up partners for a new business.

The Head of Federal Coastal Services, managing over 2,000 employees, was about to retire and sought coaching direction to begin a corporate consulting practice. Coach Julie developed a new brand which differentiated him from the competition, developed his unique value, and clarified the one thing that the market needed. After exploring this aspect, she developed his brand to focus on revenue growth as well as customer satisfaction. He landed his first consulting contract shortly after retirement.

An East Coast IT systems administrator wanted to begin consulting work in DevOps and IT Services on the West Coast. We identified 25 companies to contact and developed success stories.
