Julie Kramer is an experienced executive, career and transition coach who has recruited hundreds of C-level, Vice President and Director Level executives to new opportunities at companies including Hewlett Packard, Apple Computer, VMware, Netscape, Looksmart, E-trade, Charles Schwab, Wells Fargo, Lucky Stores, McKesson, and KPMG Peat Marwick. She has coached professionals into expanded leadership roles and works with professionals who want to change positions, industries or careers. Ms. Kramer’s credentials include 30 years as an Executive Search Consultant for retained search firms, venture incubators, and leading edge companies and work as a Life Coach, Spiritual Director and Counselor. She has completed the Coaches Training Institute program, holds a Master’s degree in Value Conflicts, from San Francisco Theological Seminary; a Master’s degree in Systematic Theology from The Graduate Theological Union; a Master’s degree in Medical Care Administration, University of Michigan; and a Bachelor’s degree in Containment and Change, University of California, Berkeley.
